By using the Site, you consent to this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy does not apply to the practices of third parties that Bedrock does not own, control, manage, or employ.
No Relationship is Established

Please be advised that prior results cannot, and do not, guarantee or predict a similar outcome. Sending an email to Bedrock or accessing this website does not form a customer/vendor, sub-tenant/overtenant, licensor/licensee relationship. Bedrock’s goal is to create an environment where client’s efforts to grow its business will be furthered by virtue of maintaining an office at the Bedrock facility and by participating it the Marketing System (defined below). Bedrock will sponsor, host, or generally make available events, activities and processes (collectively, the “Marketing System”) that Bedrock believes will help clients in this endeavor. Decisions regarding the timing, frequency and selection of such events, activities and process will be in Bedrock sole and absolute discretion. Notwithstanding the foregoing, each individual’s success depends on a number of subjective qualities, including the client’s background, dedication, desire and motivation. As with any business endeavor, there is an inherent risk of loss of capital and Bedrock does not guarantee that clients will earn any revenues, retain any clients or grow its practice as a result of maintaining an office at Bedrock’s facility or participating in the Marketing System. Bedrock hereby disclaims any warranty of merchantability, whether express or implied, relating to the Marketing System.

Bedrock expressly disclaims any responsibility for action you may choose to take or avoid as a result of the information you obtain herein or based upon any errors or omissions in such information.

Information We Collect through the Site
Personally Identifiable Information:
We collect information that personally identifies you, such as your name, username, email address, occupation, industry, country of origin or credit card details, and other information as we may from time to time request at our discretion (“Personally Identifiable Information”), including information from third parties, only if you choose to share such information with us. For example, you may be asked to provide us with certain Personally Identifiable Information when you register with or use our services, when you register with or use the Site, when you correspond with us and at other times . The decision to provide this information is optional; however, if you elect not to register with or provide such information, you may not be able to access certain content, features, or services available on or through the Site. Non-Personally Identifiable Information:
We automatically collect Non-Personally Identifiable Information when you use the Site, which may include anonymous identifiers associated with your mobile device. Click stream data is anonymous and can include information such as your IP address, Web pages viewed, the date and time at which those pages were viewed and interaction with content and advertisements on those Web pages. We reserve the right to disclose Personally Identifiable Information and Non-Personally Identifiable Information to government or law enforcement officials or private parties if, in our discretion, we believe it is necessary or appropriate in order to respond to legal requests (including court orders and subpoenas), to protect the safety, property or rights of Bedrock or of any third party, to prevent or stop any illegal, unethical, or legally actionable activity, or to comply with the law.
Data Retention
We do not keep data on our own servers; instead the data is kept on the End User’s computer in Bedrock’s cookie. The data is stored in the cookie until the cookie is deleted by the End User. End Users can delete the cookie at any time, as explained in this Privacy Policy.
Third Party Websites
The Site may contain links to websites or content operated and maintained by third parties. We do not control those sites or their privacy practices, which may differ from our practices. If you click on a link, the privacy policy of the website to which you link will govern the collection and use of your information by that website’s operator(s). Spyware or Adware
These terms refer to applications that are downloaded to your computer. These types of applications deliver ads (usually in the form of pop-up type ads) based on your web usage. We do not participate in any way with spyware or adware applications, and we do not download these types (or any types) of applications without your expressed acceptance. Cookies and .swf files are not spyware or adware, and they are not harmful to your computer.

Please be advised that, whenever you voluntarily post information to any of our company’s community pages, social media or any other public forums, such information can and may be accessed by the public. We use Google AdWords Remarketing and other remarketing services to advertise Bedrock across the Internet. AdWords remarketing will display relevant ads tailored to you based on what parts of the RCI website you have viewed by placing a cookie on your device. THIS COOKIE DOES NOT IN ANYWAY IDENTIFY YOU OR GIVE ACCESS TO YOUR COMPUTER. The cookie is used to say “This person visited this page, so show them ads relating to that page.” Google AdWords Remarketing allows us to tailor our marketing to better suit your needs and only display ads that are relevant to you. If you do not wish to participate in our Google AdWords Remarketing, you can opt out by visiting Google’s Ads Preferences Manager. We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, and so you should review this Policy periodically.
